Course Approval
* Select course approval for summer courses taken elsewhere, courses taken abroad through UC EAP, or other unarticulated courses that are hosted through the School of Engineering
Excess Units
* Select if you are requesting for more than 18 units in a given semester. Please note, you must either have earned (3.5 GPA for 1st term) or (3.0 GPA last semester and prior semester for all additional students).
Petition for Program Variance
Allows School of Engineering students to petition the following:
- To take a course prerequisite concurrently with that course
- To substitute a required course (UC Merced courses only)
- To substitute a technical elective (UC Merced courses only)
Taking Classes at Another Institution (Limited)
* Select if you wish to petition for cross enrollment at any other instution outside of Merced College. For Merced College you may participate in the MC2UCM program:
