Process for Zoom
- You will be placed in a Waiting Room until your Advisor is available.
- An Advisor will welcome you into the chat when it is your turn to speak to them.
- Once your session has ended, the Advisor will request that you remove yourself from the conversation.
- If you do not remove yourself from the conversation, the advisor will place you back into the waiting room till you remove yourself from the conversation.
- Once and Advisor closes/locks the session, no further students will be allowed to enter that session.
